1. Deposit Requirement:
   • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required upon confirmation of the order. The deposit secures your booking and allows us to commence preparations for your CCTV installation.
2. Payment Methods:
   • We accept payments including but not limited to cash, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. Details will be sent in an invoice or Quotation
3. Balance Payment:
   • The remaining 50% balance of the total project cost is due upon completion of the installation, prior to the system handover.
4. Cancellation Policy:
   • If you wish to cancel your order after confirming, a cancellation fee will apply.
   • Cancellations made 5 days prior to the scheduled installation date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the total project cost.
   • Cancellations made within 1 days of the scheduled installation date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total project cost.

5. Refunds:
   • The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
   • Refunds for cancellations, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request, minus the applicable cancellation fee.
6. Change Requests:
   • Any changes to the scope of work or specifications after confirmation of the order may result in adjustments to the total project cost and timeline.
7. Late Payments:
   • Payments not received by the due date may result in delays to the installation schedule and additional charges.
8. Dispute Resolution:
   • In the event of any disputes or discrepancies regarding payments or services rendered, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue amicably.
9. Governing Law:
   • These payment terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.
